I couldn’t wait to blog about Kathy and Marks wonderful wedding! It was held at the beautiful Red Rock Country Club. About 80 of Kathy and Mark’s family and friends came out from across the globe – from London to South Africa to Columbia to California. After having a great time with them on their engagement shoot, I could tell why everyone would come so far to celebrate the special day with them.

This was my first Jewish wedding, so I got to experience the hora dance. What a blast!

Valerie and Dave such a sweet couple and are both very excited for their new baby. Valerie’s due date is just 1 week away!! They decided to wait to know the sex of the baby, so as Valerie says, it will be their “little summer surprise”. I can’t wait.
Valerie is such a gorgeous mommy. This is one of my absolute favorites!
Congrats guys!! I’m very excited to find out what you are having and meet the precious new addition to your family.

I’m so stoked about Kathy and Mark’s wedding this coming Sunday after their awesome engagement session earlier this week! I just love how cute they are together. You can tell how in love they are by the way they look into each others eyes… and totally crack each other up!
Kathy and Mark: I had a great time strolling downtown with you guys and chit-chatting over a tea, smoothie, and apple juice. 
I can’t wait to see you guys again this weekend for the big day!!

Christine and James’s wedding was this past week at the Flamingo and Alexis Park Resort! During the engagement shoot a few days prior, Christine asked “What do you think of these clouds?” I being the optimistic person I am responded “I LOVE them!” After all, clouds are great for photography. Of course, I quickly discovered she was referring to the rainy weather forecast. But we hoped for the best and luckily, the rainy weather cleared up just in time for a beautiful, sunny outdoor ceremony late Friday afternoon.
Christine is a Disney fanatic, so she brought a fun surprise for the wedding party – mouse ears!!
Congrats guys!! It was so great being able to share in your wonderful day. I hope you enjoy your honeymoon on the Disney cruise!

Christine and James are adorable together!! They started out as high school sweethearts. Christine was super shy at the time, but luckily James was persistent in asking her out. After multiple attempts, she finally said yes on Valentines Day.
Fast forward to today – the time has finally arrived! We’ll be celebrating the wedding tomorrow (8-8-8) at the Flamingo and Alexis Park!

The August PUG meet up was a lot of fun! It was great seeing everyone who was able to make it out! We were excited to start the studio spotlights, where we plan to feature one member each month. Our very 1st studio spotlight was with Iris from iCandyphotography. Way to kick it off Iris!
Also, a big thanks to my “super cool Jayse” for teaching an awesome class on Photoshop tips and tricks! Jayse covered many different areas such as layer masks, creating and using custom texture sets, blending modes, sun intensifiers (not the icky built in ones), some “no-no’s” that should be avoided, working non-destructively (with smart objects and smart filters) and more. Monica and I have been email buddies for a while, so it was great finally meeting her and her fiance for an awesome TTD bridal at the Boneyard. Here’s a sneak peak from Thursday’s session:
Monica and Nolan met at a little bar called The Horseshoe, so the sign below seemed fitting. I guess it’s true that horseshoes are good luck!
